• Firearms can only be shipped to an FFL Holder (Federal Firearms Licensee).
• All BATF RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY.
• It is the buyer�s responsibility to locate an FFL in his or her area to make the transfer of the weapon.� However, we will assist in locating an FFL in your area.
• While we will try to assist in making sure items we sell are legal in the area of the buyer, it is the buyer�s responsibility to make sure it is legal to purchase and possess each item in his or her area.

 

 

Shipping Policy

• Items in off peak times will be shipped the next day. Items ordered in high volume times will be shipped within 5 days.
• Liability waiver and copy of driver license is required for Firearm related items before shipping can take place.

No information given to this site will be sold or traded to anyone for the reasons of sending you unsolicited emails.

 

Some information may be transmitted to our financial institution to process your credit card or our shipping department.

All personal information transmitted to us will be on secure pages of our site. We will not keep credit card info unless directed to do so by you for future purchases. At the time of order please check the (keep info on file box) if you want us to keep your info.

Return Policy

 

If necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

 

• Returned in Original packaging
• Returned to Lazy S Arms within (10) days
• Returned to Lazy S Arms in resalable condition
• Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
• Enclosed a brief letter of explanation
• A $10.00 exchange fee must accompany merchandise returned for exchange
• All returns must be prepaid;
